Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday. Once your order has shipped, you should receive it within 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Should you require your STRIDER BIKE any sooner, let us know to propose a suitable service. Same and Next day, overnight services are available.
- Gauteng & KZN Major Centers - Next Day
- Gauteng & KZN Outlying - 2-3 Days
- Other Provinces Major Centers - 2-3 Days
- Other Provinces Outlying Friday - 3-5 Days
We will notify you when your purchase is shipped, or in the unlikely event your purchase is back-ordered.
Track Your Package
Once your order has shipped, we will notify you of it's departure and Waybill no.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If for any reason you may not be home to sign for your package, you may request to have your order shipped to another address. As a security measure to protect you against fraudulent charges, we may call you to confirm the alternate shipping address. Please NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We must have a complete street address.
Products are shipped within Africa and other countries where there are no present Strider Dealers and can be done so in a cost effective manner.
PLEASE NOTE: Check with your local customs office as there may be additional taxes, duties or fees charged to your order. We require that you place your order via our online store and use the EFT option. Once we receive your details, we'll confirm your order and total cost via email prior to billing and shipping.
Should you need to return any item for any reason:
- Contact us and we will issue you a Return Number. (Which must be prominently marked on the outside of the box.)
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package, along with a reason for the return.
